Crematorium 'Loses' Ashes of 60 Babies

The  ashes of over 60 babies and young children have been lost by Emstrey Crematorium in Shrewsbury, a report by the BBC claims.

Staff at the crematorium, which is owned by Shropshire Council and managed by Co-operative Funeralcare, allegedly said that it wasn't possible for the crematorium's equipment to be 'operated in such a way as to enable the return of a child's ashes'.
